Students of the Paralegal program are provided with the knowledge and skill sets needed to enter the paralegal profession upon graduation and perform the duties expected of an entry-level paralegal in the legal community. The Associate in Applied Science in Business provides a broad knowledge of the practical areas of business, and may allow students to specialize in management, marketing (Online only) or business administration. The Medical assistant diploma program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions as medical assistants in a variety of health care settings. Students learn the structure and function of the major body systems in conjunction with medical terminology, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, computer skills, administrative processes, bookkeeping and accounting practices, and the processing of medical insurance forms and claims.
