Jewelry Design Programs
Restringing & Engraving
Learn a basic jewelry-making and repair skill with challenging projects that teach you to restring beads and pearls on a variety of materials. As a bonus, we provide instructions to use an inside-ring engraver and the new Hermes ILK-II model flat engraver. Projects include, bead tips single strand, bead tips - multi-Strand, continuous necklace, tiger tail wire restringing, Stringing on a Chain, pearl necklace - no knots, pearl necklace - with knots, and multi-strand bracelet.

Clock Repair
Learn to adjust and repair quartz and mechanical clocks. You will become comfortable with the tools and techniques used in clock repair and maintenance. Projects include, quartz movement replacement, setting time chimes, setting time with no chimes, mechanical clock components, over haul and cleaning, escapement and pallet adjustment, pendulum adjustment, mainspring repair, gear wheel repair, bushings and pivots.
