Keiser University’s Bachelor of Science degree in Cyber Forensics/Information Security is a completion program for graduates of associate of science programs in computer-related fields. It provides students with the technical expertise and investigation skills required to detect and prevent cybercrimes. Students will also be able to assess system weaknesses and suggest solutions that will provide protection against cybercriminal attacks.

Keiser Universitys Bachelors of Science in Network Systems and Data Communications provides a comprehensive program of study, designed to prepare graduates for entry-level positions in data operations and infrastructure planning environments. Network systems and data communications analysis pertains to the planning, designing, testing, implementation, and evaluation of network and data communications systems. Students are provided a hands-on collaborative learning curriculum based on industry led criteria. The program fosters the acquisition of systems-thinking and research skills necessary within a dynamic technical environment.

Keiser University's Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education provides instruction in the area of elementary education with infused ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages). In the lower division, courses present basics of teaching, utilization of technology in the classroom and teaching diverse classrooms with a strong understanding of multiculturalism. In the upper division, topics include creating curricula, educational assessment, classroom management, reading and literacy and ESOL strategies for classrooms. The education courses are in alignment with Florida Department of Education's requirements for an Elementary Education degree.

Keiser University's Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies trains students for careers in law and law-related fields (business, government and criminal justice) and also prepares students to pursue a law degree. Keiser University's Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Investigations prepares students with competencies in the collection, preservation, and analysis of physical evidence for presentation in legal proceedings. The program provides students with the skills required to recognize relevant scientific information discoverable through forensic analysis of various types of physical evidence. Keiser University's Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies provides a comprehensive curriculum that allows broad exposure to multiple disciplines. This major provides a practical alternative for baccalaureate degree-seeking students whose needs cannot be met by individual majors. Students can design a course of study that meets their personal academic objectives and furthers their professional growth and development by combining two or more disciplines into a coherent program. The degree will combine general education courses with an interdisciplinary concentration, electives and a capstone course. Keiser University's Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Services Administration provides a basic understanding of health services administration and of the unique skills needed by a health service administrator. The Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety is offered 100% online. It offers a combination of public administration and management courses that focus on public policy issues from budget development to grant writing and property management, administrative law, social policy and event response. The program provides a comprehensive curriculum that allows students with existing associate degrees in approved related fields to complete their baccalaureate degree and pursue career advancement. Graduates are prepared to meet the demand for well-educated administrators in fire departments, emergency medical service agencies, police and sheriff's departments and other governmental bureaus nationally.

Keiser University's Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition combines clinical evaluation, community concerns, and food service management into a profession long valued for its service to individuals and the community at large and focused on proper nutrition and the prevention of chronic diseases. The Coordinated Program in Dietetics is unique since the didactic instruction is integrated with the supervised practice. Following graduation, students are eligible to take the Registered Dietitian (RD) exam to become licensed and begin practicing as a dietitian in a variety of settings.

Keiser University’s Bachelor of Science in Sport Management is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required for a career in the sport industry. The sport industry is one of the largest segments of the economy, and opportunities for careers exist in international, professional, amateur, and collegiate sport, as well as in tourism, recreation, and private sport enterprise. The Keiser curriculum focuses on the business aspects of the sport industry, including marketing, management, law, ethics, economics, and finance. The 120-credit program features an internship-based track with a concentration in Sales, Media, and Technology.

The Associate of Arts Degree with a major in Homeland Security provides a comprehensive review of the Department of Homeland Security, it's agencies, laws, authorities and actions. This program prepares students for entry-level positions in law enforcement, security, protective services, and other such careers in local, state, or federal jurisdictional arenas. Courses in hazardous materials identification and handling are presented, as are courses on domestic and international terrorism. Acts of terrorism and the response and recovery actions of Homeland Security agencies are detailed, including the laws and other legislative actions taken to give authority to the multiple agencies involved. Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Histotechnology prepares students to perform laboratory studies of tissue. The program includes the study of cellular morphology, chemical composition and the functions of normal and abnormal tissue. Students study the composition of dyes and chemicals and gain a thorough understanding of tissue composition.

This program assists in qualifying firefighters for management positions with the Fire Service.

Keiser University’s Associate of Science degree in Baking and Pastry Arts provides instruction in the art and science of baking. Students use a variety of tools and equipment to produce items such as quick breads, yeast breads, cakes, frozen desserts, centerpieces, candies, cookies and various pastries. Students also study proper foodservice sanitation, supervisory procedures and nutrition.

Keiser University's Associate of Arts online degree in Paralegal Studies prepares students to support attorneys in transactional and litigation fields through legal research, document drafting, case management, evidence gathering and the litigation procedure. Paralegals are often involved in trial assistance and other dispute resolution processes, as well as with preparation of real estate documents, wills, trusts, contracts, corporate matters and law office investigations.

Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant prepares students for employment as a skilled licensed health care worker under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. A Physical Therapy Assistant assists in the management of conditions such as arthritis, amputation, fractures, cerebrovascular accident (stroke), spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, wounds, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, cardiac and pulmonary pathology, sport injuries, work injuries and other types of injuries and/or pathologies.

Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Therapy prepares students for employment as skilled licensed health care workers under the supervision of a licensed physician. The program prepares students for entry-level positions in the respiratory therapy field. Graduates are eligible to take both the national certification examination and the national registry examination given by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and are eligible to be licensed by the State of Florida. Responsibilities of a respiratory therapist include: diagnosing lung and breathing disorders and recommending treatment methods; interviewing patients and doing chest physical exams to determine what kind of therapy is best for their condition; consulting with physicians to recommend a change in therapy, based on patient evaluation; analyzing breath, tissue, and blood specimens to determine levels of oxygen and other gases; managing ventilators and artificial airway devices for patients who can't breathe normally on their own; responding to Code Blue or other urgent calls for care; and educating patients and families about lung disease so they can maximize their recovery.

Keiser University's Associate of Arts degree in Accounting focuses on entry-level accounting skills needed in today's business environment. The program provides a basic understanding of essential business skills and addresses unique skills needed by an accounting clerk. Topics include financial accounting, accounting software and tax accounting.

Keiser University's Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration provides basic business administration skills. Students use computers, computer skills and software applications necessary to prosper in a business environment. Courses provide an understanding of business administration methods, management skills and business knowledge.

Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology instructs students in the use of radioactive material to visualize, diagnose and treat pathology through proper utilization of specialized equipment and techniques. The program prepares students to attend patients, extract and evaluate data from patient records, perform dose calculations, prepare radiopharmaceuticals, perform in-vivo and in-vitro diagnostic studies and perform related quality control and quality assurance procedures. Courses include radiation safety, storage and disposal of radioactive materials and inventory and control of radio pharmacology. The program provides entry-level lectures in positron imaging tomography (PET). Graduates are eligible to sit for certification examinations given by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-N) and the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).

Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Medical Assisting prepares students to perform medical assisting duties under direction of a physician/practitioner, including preparing examination rooms, taking vital signs, assisting in minor surgical procedures, giving injections, performing venipuncture, assisting in laboratory operations, taking x-rays and administering electrocardiograms. Medical assistants also learn to function in an administrative capacity, including patient communications, maintaining patient records, billing, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies and processing insurance claims.

Keiser University's Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice presents the major components of the American criminal justice system. It includes criminal behavior patterns, law enforcement organizations, juvenile systems, legal principles and doctrines and fundamentals of criminal investigations. Courses utilize hands-on activities and analytical exercises.

Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Design and Multimedia teaches commercial art that visually communicates ideas and information to a targeted audience. Contemporary graphic designers use computers configured as graphics workstations to create works containing imagery and text for traditional print mediums and electronic delivery systems such as CD-ROM and the Internet.

Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technician trains students to function effectively as a member of a medical laboratory team. Graduates possess skills to perform laboratory tests in accordance with standardized laboratory practices in clinical chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, clinical microbiology, immunohematology and serology/immunology.

Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Massage Therapy is a comprehensive program that prepares students to become licensed massage therapists in Florida and perform therapeutic massage in a wide range of professional settings (including medical offices, hospice, rehabilitative facilities, and Spas), as well as establish and run a successful private therapeutic massage practice. The program focuses on the following areas of study, which are essential to successfully pass the Florida massage licensing exam: anatomy & physiology, kinesiology, pathology, and applied therapeutic massage techniques. Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Nursing prepares students to practice professional nursing. Keiser University's Associate of Science degree in Computer Aided Drafting develops design techniques and skills that satisfy entry-level requirements as a general designer in a CAD environment. Students explore the theoretical design process in architecture, mechanical, civil, electronic and structural engineering, together with general 3-D modeling principles. Capital Culinary Institute at Keiser University is accredited by the American Culinary Federation. Its Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts presents a comprehensive curriculum that includes laboratory sessions, academic preparation and hands-on experience. Students acquire professional knowledge of food, its preparation and handling and cooking from basic to advanced. The curriculum includes an internship to prepare students for entry-level positions in the foodservice industry.

Keiser University’s Master of Science in Information Security offers an intensive graduate program that provides information technology professionals with theoretical and practical knowledge in security concepts such as access control, secure application development, business continuity planning, cryptography, e-commerce regulations, operational, physical, architectural security, telecommunications and network security. This curriculum will prepare students for careers as a Chief Information Officer, Chief Security Officer, and network forensic specialist. Upon completion of the program graduate students should be able to take the widely recognized Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) exam. Additionally, this program will meet the requirements of the National Security Agency (NSA) Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) curriculum mandated by the Department of Defense for government employees involved in information security.

Keiser University's Certificate in Radiation Therapy will teach students how to utilize radiation and radioactive isotopes in the treatment of disease, primarily cancer. Radiation therapists are highly skilled members of the cancer management team and responsible for accurately recording, interpreting and administering the treatment prescribed by radiation oncologists. Students will learn how to localize tumors, implement treatment plans and evaluate the clinical progress of patients. Students will also be trained to demonstrate a high quality of technical expertise, provide competent compassionate clinical care, and collaborate effectively with their colleagues.
