Master of Organizational Leadership
Woodbury University's Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program cultivates professional and personal leadership development. Students study and examine practices to guide strategic change and leadership at all levels in both the public and private sectors, enabling them to respond to the needs of organizations today and propel them into tomorrow. Through the analysis and practice of ethical principles, theoretical understanding, and professional development, we provide a comprehensive program that meets individual, organizational, and community needs. The MOL program attracts professionals with diverse backgrounds who want to position themselves for success in management and leadership roles.

United by their common goals of professional renewal and success, students participate in a rigorous twelve-month program in which the cohort model is employed.

From commencement to graduation, classmates remain together for the duration of the program, thus promoting the teamwork necessary for successful leaders in any business environment.

In five-week sessions, students immerse in the study of leadership, leading to a mastery of both theory and applications. This unique schedule enables working adults to balance work, school, and family obligations

• People who plan, organize, coordinate, motivate, lead and communicate are providing necessary services that make our world work. Those people are known as managers, and when they perform those services both ethically and globally, great value has been added at all levels of our world-wide community. This is why we are here and why we strive to educate you to be a high quality leader and manager.
• Management majors learn skills in the various functions of business, such as accounting, finance, and marketing, but learn to use them globally and ethically through effective planning, organizing, leading, communicating, and motivating.
• Our management majors learn through the intellectual contributions and teaching skills of excellent faculty members, team experiences, management simulations and business internships. Our class sizes are small and our faculty members engage in close teacher/learner relationships with students both in and out of class.
