American Jobs Act: How does it affect you?
President Obama's recently-proposed $447 billion American Jobs Act aims to stimulate the economy through increased spending on bridges, roads and schools while increasing the payroll tax cut for business and employees. Remember, the act is just a proposal at this point and will need a hefty dose of bipartisan support to make it through Congress in one piece.
